When my wife and I were looking for something fun to use on me, we almost passed this one over (It is marketed as a women's toy and is super pink). It's hard to find a good toy to use on a guy's "shaft" that isn't a giant robotic tube (keeping in mind we wanted something that vibrates or pulses, not a stroker). This toy turned out to be a lot more fun than we expected.

Multi Pressure comes in a nice, semi-discrete box and includes a bag and USB charging adapter. The outside is one piece of silicone making it waterproof which makes cleaning super easy and will be great for shower or bath use if we get around to it... The controls are, in my opinion, excellent. Pressing the power button turns it on but nothing happens with the motors until you command each section individually. There are separate motors in what I will call the shaft section and the hole section (it gets confusing because one end is a shaft and the other is for a shaft, one end is a hole and the other is for a hole...I will refer to them as what they are, not what they're for).

Each of the arms on the hole section contains a motor and they are controlled together with the '+' button. The shaft motor is controlled via the power button once power is on. Pressing each button cycles the respective section through vibration intensities and patterns.

Placing the hole section toward the head, just under the glans, and the shaft pointing down and turning both intensities all the way up is awesome. There are few toys out there under $150 that do anything like this (though, you have to take into account that it's my wife so you can't really put a price on that!).

The best part is, though, that since I am the one who most likes using toys out of the two of us, we finally have one that she can use on me
